Returns and Refunds Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] for return instructions and our return address.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the address provided upon return request.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Times
We are a dropshipping service and process orders within 24 to 48 hours of placement. Once the manufacturer receives the order from us, we receive a shipping update and pass that information to you. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders. Delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping provider.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
Damages
NevadaEast.com utilizes many different carriers, and we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please inform us, and we will do our best to assist you in the process.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail your product to the address provided upon request after contacting us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
